All orders are shipped from Florida via UPS, FEDEX, USPS & GlobalPost. Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirming the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter, or contact us for confirmation. If you need any assistance with your order, need to cancel, or combine with a 2nd order please contact us immediately at sales@protodesignlabs.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address and contact information. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in addressing that you provide. To prevent fraud, shipping addresses that are different from billing addresses may be subject to purchase verification prior to shipping. Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
Return Policy:
Proto Design Labs provides a one year warranty against manufacturing defects and will repair or replace this product at its discretion. If you would like to return an item, please contact us first.
